Refund policy

Refunds are not accepted for custom or personalized items. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we can help correct the issue.  Non personalized items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery.  All returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. A 25% restocking fee will be applied for all returned items. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
